What is it?
Automatic Email Updates is a system that emails you new listings which
match your search criteria, directly from my web site! It does the work
for you---you tell it the criteria (# of bedrooms, price range, etc.) and
each morning it reviews new listings and sends you the ones that match. If
there are no new listings matching your criteria, you will not receive an
email on that particular day.
How do I sign up?
To use this feature, you must
sign up for a free account
on my web site. After you have completed the registration, you will be
redirected to my
MLS Search Listings
page which will allow you to enter your desired search criteria.
Please note: If your search returns more than 100 results, you will need to make your search criteria more specific. Once you have specified a desired search, click the button labeled "Save My Search & Notify Me Of New Listings." When you click this button, a small window will pop up asking you to name the search. Enter any name you desire and click "OK" to continue. To see a list of the searches you have saved, click on the link labeled "View My Searches" at the top of the screen (you must be logged into the site to view this link).
Can I remove myself from receiving searches?
Yes. Log into my web site and go to the "View My Searches" page. Delete
the search(es) that you no longer wish to receive and you will be
unsubscribed from future updates.
How accurate is the information sent to me?
The MLS system on my site is updated nightly, meaning that it is as
up-to-date as possible. The information listed is deemed reliable but not
guaranteed. If you are interested in a specific listing, please
contact me
for more information.
Is my information secure?
Yes. I do not provide any contact information to any third party
companies. Your information is kept private and will never be shared.
