While there is still snow on the ground, now is the time to get your home on the market! Our days have varying weather patterns that can be hard to predict, but we are busy out listing and showing homes. Many think they need to wait until April or May roll around and the grass is getting greener and the flowers are blooming, but that's not always the case. This 5th New England season, mud season, is the time where we start to see inventory climbing and people out looking at houses.
